One slides his finger over the cell phone or the tablet and nothing. No application opens, you can not type the key or send a message. Suddenly the touch magic disappears. 1. Check the screen
First you have to evaluate that the screen is not damaged or broken at some point. If this is the case, contact the manufacturer of the equipment.

3. Activate safe mode
It is possible that the inconvenience is caused by some application. If this is the case, when the device is activated in safe mode the display should respond again. To activate this option, Turn the device off completely
Now press the power key for few seconds untill Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 9.7 logo appears.
Release the power key then and press Volume down button. The phone will be restarted.
4. Check if it is a local inconvenience or not
Open the notifications panel by sliding your finger from the upper left to the lower right. If the menu is released at any point more than once, it could be a localized inconvenience, in which case the manufacturer should be contacted.
5. Reset the Your Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 9.7
To reset the device to factory settings, you must enter Settings, where this option appears. Keep in mind that opting for this alternative will remove all the app and associated data. Only the information that has been stored in the cloud will remain. Therefore, it is suggested that you create a backup before performing this step.
